The Chairman’s Challenge Society is an elite group of business, civic and philanthropic leaders who are dedicated to ensuring the longevity of the InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball.

Each Chairman’s Challenge Society member has pledged $25,000 per year for five consecutive years.

The Chairman’s Society Challenge was founded by InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball Co-Chair Shareef M. Malnik in 2011 as an operating cost endowment to underwrite the cost of the Ball so more funds can go directly towards making children’s wishes come true.
